Härmy was founded on 4 September 2025 by a handful of runners who were tired of doing it alone.
01/The rule
Show up. That's it.
There is no membership, no coaching fee and no pace requirement. Sessions are posted, people come, and whoever turns up runs. Nobody is dropped and nobody waits alone at the end.
02/What we run
Road, trail, track.
Tuesday intervals, Thursday tempo, long on Sunday. Trail when the weather earns it. Some of the team races most weekends; some race twice a year. The schedule bends around the people, not the other way round.
03/The name
Härmy.
Say it out loud and it sounds like something moving. The mark is the same idea: three lines cut through an H at speed.
04/The motto
“No human is limited.”
Kipchoge said it before Vienna, and it has been on everything we've printed since. Not because we think we're him — because it's a decent thing to remember at 6am in February.
